Recommended Chocolate:
Fountain requires a Minimum of 10 lbs. of Chocolate, not to exceed 11 lbs.
Serves 100 people or less - to serve additional people, keep adding Chocolate.
If you do not use Sir Chocolate or Sephra Chocolate, thinning agents are
required for the Chocolate to flow properly. Typical thinning agents are
Vegetable, or Canola Oil. However; thinning agents, dilute and altar
the Chocolates Taste & Aroma.
